Initial tetrahedral mesh has 3,750 vertices, all on the boundary surface.

After sink-insertion, 126 small slivers survived.

Sliver-exudation eliminates all slivers with min dih angle less than five degree.
Number of tetrahedra is decreased from 62,450 to 60,784.
Overall distribution of minimum dihedral angle is also improved.
