Initial tetrahedral mesh has 14,287 vertices, all on the boundary surface.

There are 28,726 tetrahedral elements with minimum dihedral angle less than five degree.

After sink-insertion, 516 small slivers survived.

Sliver-exudation eliminates all but one sliver.
Number of tetrahedra is decreased from 230,119 to 223,936.
Overall distribution of minimum dihedral angle is also improved.
